Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and djwin ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). They govern your use of the djwin website located at djwin.ws, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and support functions available on the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing any part of the djwin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the djwin platform.

1. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with djwin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. djwin enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person (individual) acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, partnerships or organisations may not register personal gaming accounts.
• You must not be accessing djwin from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer or director of djwin or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on djwin or any partner platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you must contact support before attempting to re-register.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one account on djwin. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document.
• A valid and active mobile number or email address that you own and control.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• A password of sufficient complexity. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. djwin will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

djwin may at any time require you to submit identity verification documents (KYC) including a national ID, passport, utility bill or bank statement. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified by djwin may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

djwin supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Bangladesh players. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in accordance with the following rules.

Deposits

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Available deposit methods include:

• Mobile wallet transfers via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. These are typically credited to your djwin account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank and other participating Bangladeshi banks. Bank transfer processing times may vary.
• International card payments via Visa and Mastercard where available for your account region. Card payments are subject to additional verification requirements.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed. djwin reserves the right to request additional documentation during the withdrawal review process.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed in full before a withdrawal of the associated funds is permitted. Attempting to withdraw funds with an incomplete rollover may result in bonus forfeiture.
• djwin may impose a minimum withdrawal amount. Players will be informed of the current minimum at the time of their withdrawal request. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard operating hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

4. Bonuses and Promotions

djwin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon qualification unless otherwise stated. djwin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was credited in error or as a result of a system malfunction.
• Each bonus is available once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• djwin reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued before its scheduled end date, players who have already opted in will generally be entitled to complete the associated wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, exchanged or converted to cash outside of the normal withdrawal process. Bonuses have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the djwin platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. General betting rules that apply across the platform include:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless djwin's platform malfunctions or an obvious error in odds or pricing has occurred. In such cases, djwin reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
• djwin uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology for all casino, slot and crash games. Game results are independently audited for fairness. RTP percentages for individual slot games are disclosed by the relevant game provider.
• Live casino games are operated by independent third-party studios. djwin transmits the game stream and processes bets but is not the operator of the live dealer tables. The rules of each live game are displayed within the game interface and govern play.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change before a bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed at the displayed odds, those odds are locked. In-play markets may be suspended or settled early based on real-world events.

djwin reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market or for any player at its sole discretion. Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or bet types. Players will be notified if a limit applies to their account.

6. Responsible Gaming

djwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of harm associated with problem gambling. The platform provides the following tools and resources to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours after the request.
• Session time reminders: Players can set notifications to alert them when they have been playing for a defined period. These reminders are available through the account settings panel.
• Temporary time-out: Players may request a cooling-off period during which their account will be suspended. Time-out periods are available from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they may have a gambling problem may request indefinite self-exclusion from the platform. Once a self-exclusion is in place, djwin will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from opening a new account during the exclusion period.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

djwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances, among others:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, bonus abuse or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the age, eligibility and responsible gaming requirements.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.

In the event of account closure, djwin will process withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses and winnings derived from breached terms) after completing any applicable review. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting djwin support.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the djwin platform — including but not limited to the djwin brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and any other original works — is the exclusive property of djwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the djwin platform without the prior written consent of djwin.

The djwin platform may display game content, logos and branding belonging to third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt and others. All such content remains the intellectual property of its respective owners and is used under licence. djwin makes no claim of ownership over third-party provider content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, djwin's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. djwin expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
• Service interruptions, technical failures or downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, internet connectivity issues or events beyond djwin's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions or cyberattacks.
• Any loss arising from your decision to gamble, including the loss of any deposit or wager. djwin is an entertainment platform; outcomes are determined by chance and djwin does not guarantee any return on any bet placed on the platform.

10. Amendments to These Terms

djwin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, djwin will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account (such as a registered mobile number or email address) or by posting a prominent notice on the djwin platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date published on this page.
